I like to think I am a bit of a coffee snob. I decided to try this coffee out especially because it was organic and wow!! the quality is unlike any other coffee I have had and I have tried a lot of different organic brands and types. It is normally hard for me to taste the undertones but this was a pleasant surprise! I could taste the undertones and it was beautiful. Honestly blew me away and now has made me seriously consider changing my normal coffee brand to this. The beans are clearly from smaller farms as they are way more uniform than I have seen from companies that insist they are from small farms and small batches. The beans are also uniformly roasted unlike I have ever seen before and are smaller beans so I am assuming coming from higher altitude. Anyways I have been studying coffee ever since I was a barista years ago and am pretty picky with my coffee. Hands down the best coffee I have ever tasted. I did use a percolator. Also because it's a lighter roast is does have higher caffeine so just a warning don't drink this too close to bed time! Thank you Space cowboy for the best coffee of my life. (and that is saying alot and ps I am not paid to say this)

Good stuff Maynard
Smooth and full of mellow citrus, no bitter aftertaste and sporting a rich, full body. This is the highest quality I have had in Ethiopian coffee; ideal to give as a gift--to others and to yourself
If you like your coffee to be like crack then this is the stuff for you! Tastes great and keeps me moving all day long.
